Simple Perfection – Salmon With Fresh Veggies


  • salmon medallion – 100g (3.5 oz)
  • fresh veggies – 200g (7 oz)
  • mixed raw seeds – 25g (0,9 oz)
  • olive oil – 4 tb spoons
  • lemon, fresh pepper, seasoning


Time: 25 minutes

  • put aluminium foil in a baking pan and pre-heat the oven
  • put 1 tb spoon of olive oil on the salmon and season it  as you wish, then put it in the pan and leave it in the oven for aprox. 20 minutes.
  • squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon then put the fresh veggies in a bowl and mix them with the raw seeds and the remaining 3 tb spoons of olive oil

  • Calories: 600 Kcals
  • Proteins: 35 g (1.25 oz)
  • Fats: 45 g (1.6 oz)
  • Carbs: 12 g (0,4 oz)
