Guacamole With WASA Bread

Great vegan meal consisting of guacamole and WASA bread. Because of its balanced nutritional values (as seen below) it makes a great breakfast. It’s also great when consumed cold, straight out of the fridge (even after a few days).

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of WASA bread – 33 g (1.15 oz)
  • The pulp from 2 riped avocados – 200 g (7 oz)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes – 50 g (1.75 oz)
  • Half of a red onion – 30 g (1.05 oz)
  •  2 green pepper – 20 g (0.7 oz)
  • Half a lemon – by your taste
  • Parsley – by your taste
  • Salt & pepper – by your taste

Recipe:

Time: 10 minutes

  • Cut and slice ingredients like in the picture below
  • Mix the avocado pulp in a food processor (shredder) until it becomes a paste
  • Add the other sliced ingredients in the processor and mix just a little more

Nutritional Values:

  • Calories: 450 Kcals
  • Proteins: 10 g (0.35 oz)
  • Fats: 32 g (1.13 oz)
  • Carbs: 36 g (1.26 oz)
  • FIBERS: 22 g (0.77 oz) !!!! The amount of fibres cancels roughly  the same amount of carbs present in the meal
